Such a great post, Sheryl! I would really love to try it, but my mornings are always so hectic. I need to find the time to do try it, though. I wonder if it would help to center me for my day! 🙂
Mia, I totally understand about mornings. I’ve never been able to be consistent with it throughout the week but can do it on the weekends. It does center me on the days I do it. Three pages is truly not that much so it may be something you want to try and realize it won’t take as long as you may fear!
