Review | 24 Days Whole Health Journaling Challenge
Are you still wanting to start a journal practice? If you answered yes to either of these questions, I want to encourage you to take part in Mari McCarthy’s 24 Days Whole Health Journaling Challenge. Mari of CreateWriteNow recently provided me with a copy of her latest journaling workbook for the challenge which will run June 1-24. It is important to realize that even experienced journal writers often need regular challenges and prompts. I realized this as I reviewed the workbook’s daily prompts and writing exercises which explore every aspect of a healthy life. Throughout the 24 days, you will explore and define what healthy means to you, examine your eating habits, analyze your sleep patterns, take time for play and establish goals for what you would like to do differently. Each day focuses upon a different area and provides brief information such as the fact research shows there is a strong relationship between volunteering and good health. You are then provided with 1 to 3 brief exercises regarding the subject. All you will need for the challenge is a pen, a journal and the desire to explore. Mari’s personal story is tribute alone to the power of journal writing. She was diagnosed with Multiple Scleoris (MS) and lost feeling and function in her right side. Learning to write with her left hand allowed her to explore herself emotionally, physiologically and spiritually.
If you are someone who is desiring to make some changes in your life, this is the perfect challenge for you. Take a few minutes to consider participation in the 24 Day Whole Health Challenge. Participation is free and the challenge starts on June 1.
Give it a try!
