Gluten Free Miracles Bakery and Cafe

I am so happy to share that Lexington and the Central Kentucky area has a wonderful new gluten free bakery and deli. Gluten Free Miracles Bakery and Cafe has only been open for four weeks but already is finding a huge demand and often sells out of daily menu items.
All of this is occurring due to word of mouth as the owner Denise has not done any advertising beyond social media. I first met Denise and enjoyed some of her chocolate chip cookies when I came to place my order for our anniversary cake.
I wanted to be able to enjoy dessert without worrying about gluten and I wanted something nicer than I was willing to bake (and who really wants to bake their own anniversary cake). I chose a chocolate mouse cake with chocolate butter cream icing and it was absolutely WONDERFUL!!

What most individuals don’t realize about eating gluten free is that the taste does not have to be impacted. Our cake was extremely moist and exactly what we wanted/needed. The bakery offers a variety of cakes to order and had received a massive amount of requests for Easter weekend.
On a weekly basis, you will find daily menu items (gluten free and paleo) and lunch is served daily and consists of soup and sandwich or spinach salad. Pizza can be found on the lunch menu on Friday and Saturday.
Denise began blogging about her family’s gluten free journey after her son was diagnosed with his own gluten intolerance. She understands the struggle that others have and the need for their to be a local establishment which creates hand made items.
If you are gluten free (or curious about the taste of gluten free), I encourage you visit Gluten Free Miracles Bakery and Cafe  You will find weekly menu items on their website and can follow along with Denise’s blog where she provides recipes and advice.
So thankful and excited they are open!
I was not compensated for this blog post. All products were purchased at full price and the opinions are my own. I simply love this Bakery and am grateful to have a place where I can go and eat without any worries.
