Don't Forget to Breathe

Happy Monday Everyone!

I’m preparing for a busy week – two trainings (one being out of town), classes to teach, a few appointments to make and I woke up not feeling well this morning. I don’t have time for not being my best!

I’ve been reminding myself to slow down and simply BREATHE!!!

When life gets hectic and feels overwhelming, the first thing that happens to most of us is we begin to hold our breath. I know I’ve been doing that and taking a few minutes to concentrate on my breathing changes my whole mindset.

If you are someone who is feeling overwhelmed with your “to do” list take a few minutes to take a deep breath. If you are unsure of how to breath properly, I shared a few techniques on how to take a deep breath in this post.

Wishing you a great Monday and a Happy Week!

Happy Monday, Sheryl! I hope you start feeling better soon! And I certainly will remember to breathe this week, we do forget!

Great piece of advice! We often forget to take a deep breath before panic sets in. I can’t remember how many times I need to step away, breathe, and suddenly a problem becomes so much clearer!

Sometimes our weeks get so busy that we forget something so significant. I’m so glad this works for you too and that you stopped by!!

I couldn’t agree more with this. Sometimes I just need to breathe before i react. I hope you have a better week.

Thanks Jessa. The week has gone by so quickly. I think sometimes our bodies remind us to slow down (and mine did this week)

Great reminder to just slow down and chill out. I get so worked up sometimes that I forget to take a few minutes to just regroup. A little alone time is sometimes all we need to rally.
