Honeycrisp Apple Sangria

Honeycrisp Apple Sangria - the perfect Fall Cocktail

Last weekend we had our monthly Girls Night Out and I decided to make a different cocktail from the one I made last year.

One of my favorite things about fall is the availability of Honeycrisp apples and when I found a sangria recipe using Honeycrisp apples, I knew I had found the right drink to make.

Honeycrisp Apple Sangria
1 Bottle of Pinot Grigio
2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup ginger liquor (can also use ginger brandy)
3 honeycrisp apples, chopped
3 pears, chopped

Combine all ingredients together and stir.  Refrigerate for an hour or so (or longer!) before serving.
As there were seven of us, I doubled the recipe and let set overnight. (I am in love with this pitcher and love any chance I get to use it)

This is the perfect fall drink with some of my favorite flavors.

Not surprisingly, it was a hit with everyone and the recipe was wanted.

If you are looking for a new cocktail to make for a fall evening, look no further and make this!
