Happy Friday Everyone! I looked at the calendar this week and was shocked that June is almost over. This is probably because my June has been so busy. I am making some plans to slow down and enjoy the days of summer and I hope you will too.

Remember to take time to enjoy appreciate each day! Here are my Friday Loves for this week.

June was the beginning of the 12 Months of Bliss created by Emily of Ember Grey. Each month there will be a challenge which helps to focus upon self reflection, loving yourself better and showing kindness to others.
