Fall FabFitFun Box Review

Fal 2015 FabFitFun Box I continue to love coming home to find my FabFitFun subscription box. This quarterly box continues to include items that are useful and that I like. The past few boxes I have been able to choose a few of the items and for this box I was given the option of choosing 4 items. The Fall 2015 FabFitFun Box continues to be $49.99 and included the following: Gold Radiance Luxury Facial Mask with Collagen and Rose Oil by Passport to Beauty ($65) This mask helps stimulate circulation, increases enzyme activity and soothes skin. I’m looking forward to a spa night. FabFitFun x Tappan Collective Umbrella ($32)  I was able to choose the color of this umbrella and I went bold and chose yellow. Not only is the color bright and fun but it has a special design for FabFitFun. I needed to use this two days after receiving it. The only complaint I have is it isn’t an automatic umbrella and when your hands are full, it’s helpful to be able to push a button and not worry. Flawless Skin Flud by Doctor D. Schwab ($39)  This is a lightweight moisturizer to use under makeup. It includes all natural ingredients and helps to balance and brighten the skin. I have to say that I have ended up purchasing many of the makeup and beauty items I initially received in a FabFitFun box. HISY Battery Pack ($24.99)  I was most excited about this item. This is a portable battery charger that you can use with your iphone and don’t have to worry about finding an outlet plug. This was another item where I was able to choose the color! Glass Crystal Bead Bracelet by Tribe Alive ($49)  The third item I was able to choose the color for was this hand cut crystal bead bracelet. This is a simple and cute bracelet that is a great addition. Lucky Lip Stain by Manna Kadar Cosmetics ($2$) As I am very picky, I typically don’t like lip colors or stains that come in my boxes. However, I was able to choose my color and I have to say this is something I will wear (and not give to my friend Jennifer). Strength Tubing Ankle and Total Body Tone with Tubing: Lower Body and Core DVD by Merrithew ($33)  This is a full length workout for lower body. I love trying new workouts and think this is a great addition. Additionally, there was 25% off another purchase from Merrithew. Gift Card by Jeweler’s Wife  ($15) This is an online Jewelry that features Michael Kors, ALEX and ANI, Kendra Scott and more. I haven’t had the chance to do any shopping but know shipping is free and I’m sure I will be able to find something. Gift Card by Picture It on Canvas ($75) This card can be used towards canvas prints, posters or coasters. I’ve been considering a canvas print of one our my photographs from Vegas last year and this has given me the incentive to order. 3D White Brilliance 2 Step System (Sponsored)  As I love coffee and red wine, I am having to be more careful with my teeth. I’ve used this system before and find it really works Purple Purse Charm by Allstate Foundation Purple Purse  October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and this purple charm is a reminder to others that 1 in 4 women will be a victim of domestic violence in their lifetime. Total Retail Value is #357. As I said earlier, this box includes items that I will use and like. Additionally, it meant a lot that I was able to personalize this box. If you are considering a subscription box, or thinking about making a change to a new one, I strongly encourage you to try FabFitFun. You can receive $10 off your first box by using my link.  Sheryl Signature (1)]]>

What a great value box. I think this would make a great Christmas gift to spread the love over the coming year.

I think that’s a great idea Sue! I’ve given boxes to friends as presents over the year and certainly think it would be an awesome gift.

This box sounds like so much fun! I haven’t gotten a subscription box yet because I can’t decide on which one. With this one, you don’t have to pick one thing! It sounds like a great deal, too.

I’ve tried a few boxes but by far this is my favorite. I’ve been receiving it for over a year now and I truly recommend it. You can see my other reviews by seraching for FafBitFun in my search menu. I always reccomend trying one and going from there.

I can’t believe how much was in there! And all great stuff! So is it $49.99 per month? Year?

    • Sheryl @ How to Make a Life on October 14, 2015 at 9:59 am

Emily, This box is quartly, Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. It’s $49.99 each quarter and you do get a discout if you go ahead and purchase a full year. Try one and see if you like it- you can get $10 off with my code.

Got it! Thank you! (I agree with Sue- this would make such a fun Christmas gift!)

That umbrella is adorable! I can see why an automatic one would be more useful though, especially when it’s pouring!

    • Sheryl @ How to Make a Life on October 14, 2015 at 7:27 pm

I LOVE the color and design of the umbrella. It does automatically go up but you have to pull it closed – that’s not necessarily easy. I actually had to figure out how to do it – and felt kind of silly about it! 🙂

Oh this box sounds so fabulous! I keep wanting to try this subscription!

    • Sheryl @ How to Make a Life on October 15, 2015 at 8:54 pm

Jessica, you should really try just one box and see if you like it! You can always cancel if you aren’t happy – but I think you will be.

I used to get this box but wasn’t too impressed. That was awhile ago, and the last two that you’ve featured look awesome!

    • Sheryl @ How to Make a Life on October 15, 2015 at 8:53 pm

I think some of the subscription boxes get better with time and I think this one has since I’ve been receiving it. The quality of items is good and I can truly use everything I receive. I gave up Ipsy and Birchbox because I just seemed to get the same things and often what I wouldn’t use. Do you get any box now? I’m always looking for something.

      • Meagan on October 19, 2015 at 9:19 am

I gave up Ipsy and Birchbox too – too much repeat for me as well! I get Stitch Fix, Love with Food (natural snacks), and am considering another. I can’t decide which though!

        • Sheryl @ How to Make a Life on October 19, 2015 at 10:21 am

I will have to look into Love with food – are the snacks gluten free? I’ve tried Rocksbox but I was not that excited about my first box. I typically give things 2 tries and then make a decision. I’ll be watching to see what you decide upon.
