Last week I received my first FabFitFun VIP Box. This is a subscription box that comes each season (every 3 months). For $ 49.99 a quarter, you receive over $150 dollars in full size products.
Like many of the subscription boxes, this comes in a great box and items are wrapped. I truly enjoy the presentation as, like I said in my Ipsy bag, it is a present you give to yourself. Today I wanted to share the items I received in this month’s box.
Kai Perfume Oil (Retail $48) – This is an roll on perfume oil fragrance. I have read some reviews from others that they were not crazy about the smell but I love the scent. It smells like honeysuckle on me and is a great size that will fit in my purse. At this time, this is my favorite in the box.

Cover FX SPF 30 Protection Primer (Retail $38) This is a waterproof primer that I have not tried yet.

Merrithew Mini Stability Ball and DVD (Retail $28.94) This came with a 7.5 inch stability ball (that I have inflated) and DVD that goes through the ZEN*GA workout. This workout focused upon building core stability by focusing on breathing techniques. It’s on my agenda to try this workout this week.
Dermasuri Deep Exfoliating Mitt: (Retail $19.99) An exfoliating mitt that slips onto your hand and provides the benefit of microdermabrasion and scrubs.

Oscar Biandi Pronto Dry Shampoo Invisible Spray (Retail $25) Who doesn’t need some dry shampoo. This is one of my favorite brands and I love that I have some to take on vacation next month.

Cult Gaia Turband (Retail $48) This is a wrap, headband and several other things in one. There is a wire inside so it can be twisted like a turban or wraped like a headband. I will spare you the picture of myself when I had straight hair and as James said “looked like Axl Rose from Guns and Roses. This is something I may wear around the house but I’m not a turban type of girl!

Level Naturals Shower Bombs (Retail $7.99) These are wonderful  shower bombs that you place in the floor of the shower. There is a hint of eucalyptus and it helped me on a day where my allergies were horrible. I have been wanting to try shower bombs and never got around to purchasing and am happy this came.

The Better Chip Spinach and Kale with Sea Salt (Retail $1.99) I haven’t checked to see if I can buy this locally but it was good and would probably be great with salsa.
Overall, I really liked the items in this box and will see what I receive in my summer box before making a decision if I want to continue. I do feel it is a great deal for the money and as I’ve said before, is a gift that you receive in the mail and something to look forward to (and we all need that).  If you are interested in receiving a summer box, please use my link to sign up. You will take a short survey about yourself and will be emailed when your box is shipped from California.
I also want to share that I only subscribe to the two services (Ipsy which comes monthly) and this box. This blog is not meant to be a review site but I feel it is important to share with everyone the small pieces of my life that bring me some happiness. These pieces will always be different for each of us but what is important is that we are each finding things that make us happy.

You could probably make those kale chips yourself…just be sure you don’t accidentally try to make lettuce chips like I did! 🙂

That sounds like and interesting story! It is always better to make yourself but nice to know something is out there if you need something!
