Christine, of The So-Called Homemaker, and I have known each other in the blog world for some time now and I am always excited to have the opportunity to promote her wonderful posts on daily life. Over the past two months we have also been connected through the Bigs and Littles Blogging Network. This is a wonderful connection that occurs several times throughout the year and connects bloggers with each other on a more personal connection.
Not just your traditional Mommy blog, Christine touches upon everything from those places you forget to clean to selling a home. I am so appreciative of my connection with Christine and hope you will spend some time getting to know her.
Can you share how long you have been a blogger and the meaning behind your blog’s name? I have been blogging for about a year and three months now, and I picked my name because while I am technically a “stay-at-home mom”, I also do have a job so I’m not really a homemaker.
How does your work differ from others? I think my writing is unique because I have the perspective of a working mom and a stay-at-home mom at the same time!
What three words describe you? Do you feel your blog displays your personality? Energetic, friendly, wacky. I definitely think my blog reflects that!

What does your creative process look like? I don’t really have one! I get ideas and write posts, and then schedule them when I feel like. I’m a bad blogger!
What goals or dreams do you have for you blog in the next year? I want it to continue to grow. I am hoping to be featured on BlogHer someday soon.
When you have 30 minutes of down time, how do you spend it? Usually, I like to watch cooking shows when I have some down time!
Favorite Food: Stuffed shells!
Favorite Time of Day and/or Week: Watching my daughter run to my husband when he walks in the door in the evening.
Favorite Movie: Tough…Pride and Prejudice w/ Keira Knightley!
Movie Star Crush: Mine is a girl crush…Jennifer Lawrence. I love her and think she’s amazing and so versatile!
What would you name the autobiography of your life? A So-Called Life 🙂
Which actress would play you in a movie? Jennifer Lawrence, haha.
What’s your #1 most listened to song on your playlist? It’s actually a song from a Korean horror movie that I just can’t get enough of. YouTube “White: Melody of Death”. It’s amazing, even if it’s not in English!
Favorite Vacation Spot: I know this is kind of cheating, but my favorite vacation spot is on a cruise ship! I love cruises and luckily so does my husband, so when we take a real vacation that is our spot of choice!
Favorite Season: Fall!
