Life coaching is something everyone can benefit from. Life coaching is a partnership where we focus on the discovery of your life direction and establish goals to help you reach your potential for your best health and over all wellness.

As your coach, I assist you in developing a plan and techniques to work toward meeting your goals.  I walk along side you, providing guidance, support and motivation. I also hold you accountable and push you when needed.

I offer two opportunities for coaching sessions. There is the traditional one on one format either face to face or via phone/skype/zoom; along with Walk and Talk Coaching Sessions where our sessions involve walking outdoors.  (see Walk and Talk Coaching Section for more).

How To Packages

There are three packages to fit your needs.

HOW TO GET STARTED HOUR / RECONNECT SESSION

Perhaps you are preparing for a job interview or beginning to date again, or simply don't know what to do. This may also be used for clients needing to review a new situation.

  • One 15 Minute Phone Call To Establish Focus of Session
  • One 60 minute 1:1 Session To Discover/Discuss Goals

HOW TO MOVE FORWARD - MONTHLY PACKAGE

A monthly package allows more time to discover and develop your goals.

  • Four (4) 60 Minute Sessions with an Extensive Goal Development and Plan
  • Weekly Email/Text Support

HOW TO FOLLOW YOUR PATH - 3 MONTH PACKAGE

A more extensive package focusing upon your goals and allowing for continued support as you become more confident in working toward reaching your goals.

  • Twelve (12) 60 Minute Sessions Which Can Be Used Over the Course of Three Months
  • Weekly Email/Text Support

All packages can be 1:1 or combined with Walk and Talk Sessions.

Hello and Welcome, I’m Sheryl!

After my personal life didn’t go as planned, I realized I needed to write my own How To Make A Life Manual rather than follow someone else’s. Today, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Health/Life Coach, I help women write their own How To Manuals and live the life they desire.
